Programs

The Pre-School Aquatics program is split into three different levels based on swimmers' skills. Pre-School 3 will offer more challenging, yet still minor swimming techniques. At this level, your child will start to gain basic swimming propulsive skills to be comfortable in and around the water. Examples: enter the water by jumping in, fully submerge, hold breath, tread water, back float, glide, front jellyfish, tuck floats, etc.

All instructors are certified by the American Red Cross to teach swim lessons. Please observe classes from the pool deck to avoid distractions for participants. Feel free to ask your child's instructor any questions at the end of the class.

Parents: We encourage you to get to know our instructors! Please feel free to ask them questions, provide information regarding your child, etc. Please keep in mind that your child may need to repeat a level several times; this is completely normal! The instructors have the participants' best interests in mind, and repeating a level will help your child become a better swimmer overall. We appreciate your support and understanding!
